Cook (m/f/d) - Full-time and Part-time

Your Mission and Benefits

We know: Gastronomy is demanding: That's why your free time should be valuable too: Between Christmas and shortly after New Year's, you usually have time off with us - just like on your birthday. And depending on the number of hours, you'll also receive vouchers for things that bring you joy outside of work.

Join the IZA Gang: We’re building something new – and you’ll be part of it from day one. Your opinion matters, your ideas are welcome, and you can genuinely make an impact.

Creativity & Ownership: Together with our Head Chef, you’ll help develop new products, recipes and processes. We don’t just want you to work with us – we want you to think with us.

Grow with us: IZA is growing, and so are the opportunities within the team. If you want to take on more responsibility, we want to give you the chance to do so.

Hospitality that fits your life: Predictable daytime shifts, weekends off and no evening or night shifts. We also provide and clean your workwear.

What You Bring

Real kitchen craftmanship: You have solid culinary training and experience in kitchens where quality and proper cooking skills really matter – whether that’s fine dining, a great traditional restaurant or an ambitious modern kitchen.

Passion for the product: You care about taste, quality and great ingredients. You enjoy creating high-quality food and constantly making things a little better.

Creativity & precision: You bring your own ideas while also working cleanly, reliably and consistently according to recipes and standards

Team spirit: You get stuck in, treat others with respect and want to be part of a motivated gang that’s building something together.
